Physical Examinations

Students registering for Athletics must have a current physical examination on file before the student is authorized to participate in practice/tryouts. To ensure clearance for participation, physicals should be completed and turned in to the School Office not later than 3 school days prior to the first day of practice/tryouts.

Students registering for Athletics in the 2024-2025 school year must have a physical card on file that is dated April 1, 2023 or after. Physicals are valid for 2 years from the date of the last exam.
